c_cline123 @lorievera hi! So sorry, my mom had trouble finding the attachment to the email I sent her, but she has it all packed up and is taking it first thing in the morning. I was white water rafting all day and didn't have my cell. Again, so sorry for the delay, but it will 100% be in the mail in the A.M.
