What suggestion do you have for my clothes to sell better as they are not high dollar fashion labels? How can I organize by color? Would it be worth buying software to make my numbers become higher? jjm648 Hi Caitlin, this is Jeff, I bought the Patagonia shirt from you this week, just wanted to let you know that I’ve received a couple emails stated that the shirt arrived but I promise you it has not. I’ve asked my wife and kids and no one has seen a package for me in the mail, UPS, nor FedEx. The emails keep asking to do accept something but it’s not here. I’m sorry for any confusion of any sort. This is my first purchase on Poshmark so I’m not familiar with SOP. Thank you

caitlinbarton @jjm648 oh no ! Yeah the tracking on my end says it was delivered via post office a few days ago - Did you double check that your mailing address is correct ? I mailed it in a colorful polymailer - If you haven’t received it go under your purchases go onto the item and I think it has an option of “item wasn’t delivered” From that point I think it will be in poshmarks Hands - I’ve never had this happen before so I’m not really sure what will happen

jjm648 @caitlinbarton I just checked to make sure I had the correct address and it is correct. We’ve had a lot of issues with our mailman, he’s very rude and confrontational, I’m going online to file a complaint about him.

I hope your loving it ♥️ So if your using the app on your phone go down to the bottom of the screen where it looks like an index card and has @ and ur name - click on that and scroll to “ My seller Tools” and then click “ my seller discounts” - there you can pick and choose ur discounts :)
