Hey. I’m so sorry about your order, I totally forgot the straps and that is completely my mistake, and I had never saw blue stains on it. I wore this once and have no idea how stains could have gotten there. You are welcome to return it. Again so sorry about this, and I will take this into account with my poshmark orders.
