@cberge7 that is 💯 reasonable and completely fair, and if I had a bit more funds right now (or rent wasn’t due lol) I would absolutely trade and pay the difference. Had to think about it overnight/pray for a sudden cash windfall lol. I appreciate your time and wish you a happy new year
