Hi! please know that I don't normally work my closet like that and I feel terrible that I've sent you a damaged item. I try my hardest to find any flaws and note them accordingly. Though posh refunded you (which I'm very happy about) please accept my sincerest apologies and offer a discount should you ever find anything in my closet in the future.
