Good morning. I went by the post office again this morning because I hadn't gotten an email yet. They are still unable to track your package. I'm not sure what to do. I can have posh refund your money or we can wait a little longer to see if you receive it. I am happy to do either one for you. I cannot apologize enough that we are even having this problem.

I really want these boots lol. If after a week they don’t show up here or get sent back to you, then we could do the refund. Does that work?

@cdaig Sure. I am happy to wait a week. I just feel so bad that you haven't gotten them yet. In all my time on Posh, this has rarely happened and I really hate that it had to happen with THESE boots. They are so good and I REALLY want you to have them, too! Lol. If they come back to me, I will definitely send them back out😊💜

Hi Caitlin! I just wanted to give you an update on your refund. I requested it on Monday but I am in automated email hell. Lol. I keep getting emails from poshmark telling me about shipping delays. Same email 8 times. So, I tried sending a generic email to bypass the automated system requesting that someone email me back so I could explain the problem. I received a response and replied back.

Hi Caitlin. I just wanted to let you know that I finally received an email from posh that said they refunded your payment. I am so sorry that it took so long. It isn't, usually, that hard. I think, because of the holidays, Poshmark decided that packages were just taking longer to reach their destination. If I ever get the shoes back, I will let you know 😊💜
