dz794lremy2016 I received the Kate Spade Cigar Box bag. The bag is unusable as the closing latch/mechanism is missing. The box flops open. I want to return for full credit.

katie_pvd @dz794lremy2016 Hi! I was not aware that there was a latch missing and I did not experience any issues with the bag opening. I do not mind if you return the bag but you will need to work with Poshmark customer service because I do not know how to process a return.
