bestbuysever Hello. You purchased a beaded essence bracelet from me and I am just finding out that the person who covered for me, as I was not feeling well, couldn't find it and so sent the snake. Please know that it is not authorized by me and should not have shipped at all without having contacting you first to see what you wanted to do. You may send that back for a full refund at my expense as it shouldn't have gone out without your approval first. I am so sorry.
