passionatic What is your refund policy? I had a JV sweater sent to me last week and was washed and shrunk so i wasn’t able to fit it. Another purchase was for a jacket also JV and it was extremely dirty on the collar. While advertised as nwt. I am hesitant if i can’t return when i am not pleased. Thanks.
