nadinesuzette The Shirt that I just bought from you still has the security tag on it. I have no way to get it off. I tried to take it to a store and they said they do not do that no one else well either. What can you do about this? Thank you Suzette Hahn

thecandidcal @nadinesuzette oh no!! I’ve never had that happen before!! Not sure how that happened. Let me reach out to Poshmark support. You may have to submit a claim and provide pictures. I’d be more than happy to issue you a refund once we submit a claim through Poshmark!
