The other pair had never been listed. I sent you the wrong pair that I didn’t know I had. I found the other 10 with the stripe.

marcia_jack You should receive your refund soon. I have sold over 1600 items and never sent the buyer the wrong item. I didn’t know I had purchased two different styles of the same shoe by Sam Edelman with the same style name but a different sole. I am truly sorry and let me know if there is anything I can do to make it up to you.

wantitbyit Hi, I so SORRY that the Via Spiga Shoes hadn’t been mailed yet! I gave them to my husband and asked him to drop the package off at the post office…..and after I received the “don’t forget to ship” message I asked him about it. Turns out he has been driving around with them in the back of his car all this time! 😳. I opened the box and put some extra little things in there to apologize. 😉
