gigicaldesign54 Hi Caley! Trying to get your purchase shipped out today but I’m having trouble with the shipping label. I have reached out to Poshmark Support but have not received a call back yet. I will head to the post office just as soon as the problem, whatever it may be, is resolved. It won’t accept my phone number so it won’t generate the label. Hopeful to get it out today! gigicaldesign54 @cmvasil yes, I literally check it every five minutes. I’ve gone into every portal I can find and sent it a request for help. It states if you don’t use their label, it’s not insured or tracked in order to be processed for payment. I do not understand why there is an issue at all. Every time I try to print the shipping label I get an error message that says “oops there seems to be a problem and we cannot process. Please contact Posh support”

gigicaldesign54 @cmvasil I found a phone number, called it and they actually state they have no phone support! I have sent two more emails since the phone call and tried ten more times to enter my phone number for the label. Unbelievably frustrating. If I don’t hear from them by noon I am perfectly willing to do my own label with insurance and tracking. Will keep you posted.

gigicaldesign54 @cmvasil I have been reading everything I can find regarding their customer support response and some have commented they have waited over a week for a response! Plus I’m seeing that if I use my own label they cannot track it and therefore I won’t get paid from them. There’s no winning!

gigicaldesign54 Well they were actually of not help Whatsoever so I decided to try a different phone number and for absolutely no apparent reason it worked. I have had the same number for over 20 years so there is zero reasoning for this. Regardless, your package will go out tomorrow!! Yaaaay!! Thanks again!! I know you’re going to enjoy it!
