misstko123 Hi Callie, I have to apologize because as I was packaging up the J. Crew cardigan, I noticed there was a seam that had come apart. I’m going to take it to my alterations person to see what it would cost to repair. If I end up placing it back on Poshmark, I’ll notify you to see if you’re still interested. kelpatz hi callie, i saw your recent rating for the sweater you purchased. i shipped the item and it states delivered on the site. i’m very sorry you have not received the item, but i just wanted to let you know that i did everything i could. i also messaged support to see if they could assist you. maybe you have a different address listed or someone stole it from your doorstep? i hope it gets resolved soon, let me know if there’s anything else i can do.

calmik @kelpatz I have also contacted Poshmark several times. They want the tracking number. However I could not get to the tracking number unless I rated the item. It has been very frustrating. I am missing two items now. I’m sorry for the poor rating but I have no luck with the Poshmark support yet.
