moodtherapy The cuff can be worn elsewhere on your ear if it’s not comfortable/fitting comfortable where it’s shown being worn in the pic. Due to everyone having different sized ears, it’s not going to fit everyone exactly the same. If it’s not working for you at all, I’ll gladly exchange it for a smaller sized one in my closet.
