thriftygirl2415 I deeply apologize for the mistake on the bra size. No matter what Posh does I will most definitely ship you the correct size. Hopefully they will send a new label but if they don’t by mid day tomorrow I will just send it without their label. Again I apologize.

thriftygirl2415 Hello again, I sent Posh a request to send both of us shipping labels so we can do the exchange, unless you just want a refund. Since they didn’t send labels with the email they sent me. I look at it like this I have made Posh $10,000 in two years with their 20% take then they can send labels out of a courtesy to us. If they don’t I will mail Monday. Thanks

cambreynoelle @thriftygirl2415 Thank you for reaching out! The language posh used in the email to me was that they were going to do a refund. So I’ll send what I have back to you and then buy it again. I wish they made it easier, but I certainly don’t mind the extra steps. Just let me know when you make the listing.

cambreynoelle Unless you have another suggestion. I just think that when I use their postage it will automatically register as a refund since it’s scanned and tracked. Really don’t mind just purchasing again if you relist.

thriftygirl2415 @cambreynoelle That is the impression I got to, but the norm is for them to send us both a label so we can both just do the exchange. Let wait and see if they do that so you don’t have to buy it again. If they don’t by mid day tomorrow then we will have to do return and not exchange. That’s why I said that since they have made over $10,000 off my closet they can do the labels as a courtesy for us.

thriftygirl2415 @cambreynoelle that’s a lot of money to make off of one closet and really they need a customer service phone number so we don’t have to wait for a reply from them. Hopefully one day they will have a phone number for us to call. Anyway I do apologize for the mix up.

thriftygirl2415 @cambreynoelle I am sorry I guess Posh don’t want to make it easy for us. I was hoping they would do an exchange but apparently they no longer do exchanges. They really need to improve their customer service. So sorry you have to go out of your way to mail it back.
