femmejen hi! I'm sorry you feel that way about the dress you recently received. It was truly only worn twice and because of all the embroidery I did not want to wash it before sending it out to prevent any sort of fraying. It had just been sitting in a closet for over a year. The straps are very thin and I honestly didn't notice any of what you mentioned so I truly apologize! I hope you still enjoy this dress.
