cehat Hi, I just saw your rating on the down vest. I’m wondering what was wrong with the description. The pictures show the vest fully and exactly as is. The written description also seems accurate to me. It is in excellent condition, aside from the one flaw, which is explicitly noted upfront. It was also priced lower than any other TNF 700 Fill on the whole site/app? What could I improve?

cameron_wapp @cehat so near the right posterior shoulder hole, there is down filling leaking out from the seam joining the front to the back. not a huge deal and still happy with the purchase, but it wasnt visible in the pictures or listed in the description. I did go and recheck the listing to make sure I was being fair, thanks

cehat @cameron_wapp hey, that’s totally fair. Thanks for getting back to me. Really helpful to know I need to step my inspection game up. Tried it on, tested everything, and looked it over before sending it out. Bummed I still missed that somehow. I try to be super honest/upfront with descriptions. I hope that seam doesn’t lead to much more down coming out. If you find anything else you like in my closet, I’d be happy to make it up to you with a discount.
