twins_1988 @soriag hello! Perhaps you can answer a question- I have an item listed with the brand included but when I search for the item in the brand page I cannot find my item and I also am not shown as a seller of that brand. I've tried to edit the brand but it hasn't changed anything. Any ideas??

soriag @twins_1988 you are right, it doesn’t show up on my searches for either the brand or item type. Hmmm...as someone who works on IT stuff, my recommendation would be to delete the listing and create a new one. Something must have gone wrong when you create that listing and the key word filter is not working for it.

cj5899 @whirlybird Brett Madden is a crook. Just so you know. Unfollow him. He’s dishonest. He promised me an item, then lied that he couldn’t “find” it, then immediately deleted the listing and blocked me. Not a good Posher.
