courtsmith16 @camithiel Thanks for letting me know about your issue. I've sent things before in reused Amazon envelopes so it's weird that there was a problem now. Just to clarify so that I can contact the right place to get this resolved, did Poshmark charge you the $13 or did USPS charge you?

camithiel @courtsmith16 hey, it was Amazon themselves. We haven’t ordered anything from them since October so we figured somehow it was from this order since it came in their bag. We called them to see what it was for but they said it didn’t have a title. 🤷🏼‍♀️

courtsmith16 @camithiel That is frustrating! I contacted Poshmark and their customer service wasn't much help. I emailed them again asking for specific help with this issue and not a computer-generated response. I'm not sure how Amazon could have charged you from the package alone. There were no other barcodes, and even if there were they would be connected to my Amazon account, not yours. And it's odd that Amazon can't give you any additional info. Could you account have been compromised?

camithiel @courtsmith16 It’s clearly a mistake on Amazons side, then. I called again and this person said they don’t show a charge. 🙄 I’ll report it as fraud to my card company and change your review. Thank you for help.
