mwend Hello, I sent you the Lululemon down jacket. It was a bit upsetting to receive 4 stars as I sent the jacket out a day after you ordered it. You stated it took longer than normal. During this time, almost all items I have ordered have taken over a week longer than normal. You received the coat in less than a week of purchase. Would you please reconsider the rating?
