@ccoates08 the one on the front is a pen mark, the one at the back may be makeup/eyeshadow. We tried on the dress but it didn't work out but I do remember her wearing a light blue eyeshadow. bc of the fabric and the shade of the stain it's not super noticeable and hopefully dry cleaners can get it out.
