thecurveyone Hi Camille, I hope all is well. Thanks for your purchase yesterday. I am in the process of packaging up your item and i can not find it so unfortunately I have to give you a Refund. The only size I have left is a 12 and this item runs slightly roomy so I’m not sure if that size will work for you. bookwriter15 Hi Camille! The adorable Cole Haan bag finally arrived. Yay! But there's a problem. There's a blue pen mark on the back that was never shown in the photos. It was packed well so I don't think that happened in transit. I have photos of it. The bag was purchased for my friend, Deborah, and I'm not sure this would be acceptable to her. That's why I thought perhaps you might have had a pen in hand by mistake when packing. I guess the only option then is to return for refund. So sad. It's exactly what my friend wanted.
