linzgee Hello have u heard of the other selling app Ⓜ️ercari?, i would recommend to get it! It's just like posh but they don't take 20% off! camryn_tonic @annettemoyle if you go to "My Purchases" and click the bottom button "order inquiry" it should be an option to pick "accidentally bought" or something relating to that and you can get a refund :)

annettemoyle I was there, but it said that option was only good for 3 hours after making the purchase, and not available after something was shipped.

camryn_tonic @annettemoyle maybe you should contact poshmark support, to see if you can get a refund, because I know that it's possible to get one. I've never had anything returned before so I'm sorry that I'm no help with this.

annettemoyle I don't think they'll help. :( I would be totally happy with the purchase if it was what I thought I was ordering. And since it won't fit my needs, I just thought I'd see if/how I could work directly with you on returning/refunding.

camryn_tonic @ I apologize for it not being what you expected. Poshmark does say that you have 3 full days after the purchase to report an issue for a full refund. I'm just not sure as to where you report the issue
