belindamartinez Hi Candace. I heard back from posh support finally. They are going to send you a shipping label to mail out the shoes. The other girl received one to ship your pants to you and said she'd send out today. I'm going to ship the bag you want today as well. Again I'm very sorry for all the trouble and hope this one experience does not leave you jaded about me or poshmark. I really appreciate all your patience and understanding while we worked to get this resolved. I hope you love your items!

belindamartinez Sorry I just saw this. No you don't have to pay anything. Posh sent you a shipping label via email so all you have to do is tape the box back up, attach the shipping label and mail it out. That's it.
