nikkifowler Hi @candydk can you explain how one of the necklaces you purchased was completely broken? It was shown in the photo as not broken and shipped that way. I'd like to get a better understanding from your comment and one star left. Those necklaces were well taken care of in a jewelry drawer and I would never sell something completely broken. Please advise and thanks.

candydk @nikkifowler I received the box with all necklaces individually wrapped in pink paper. When I went to unwrap the cream colored necklace it was completely unstrung and loose pieces in the paper. The other necklaces were fine and excellent pieces. I have no idea what could have caused that but it was a little disappointing as I was looking forward to enjoying all the pieces.

nikkifowler @candydk I'm so sorry it arrived that way. When I packed it it was in tact. I take very good care of my jewelry and it's been in a drawer outside of one or two times wearing it. I would never pack something broken so I'm happy to refund you 25% of your total. Please let me know how to refund you. This has to of happened in shipping.
