lmcgrail Hi Candace, I’m really curious- was there something about the listing of my bag that made it seem like it wasn’t available? I’ve been getting a lot of people asking if things are available, and I can’t figure out why. No harm/no fail if you’re not interested in answering, just never had this happen so I’m confused! Asking whether your item is available or not is a common buyers’ question when most of time there is nothing wrong from your end! There are advantages to ask this question! First, they can see how fast you response their question. Some active listings exist with inactive buyers who may even failed to close their account and left it as is…

shopwkarmen @lmcgrail Second, they can make sure item is actually available, that happens more often especially for buyers with a lot of listings amount that they are more likely failed to update. So then they can avoid to get their order being cancelled after purchased. Hope it helps ❣️
