@lisalania I completely understand how this happened. I'm not at all upset. We still love the coat and I'll take it to a seamstress to see what we can do with it. I only gave it three stars for the size snafu, and I hated to even do that. The packaging and extra scarf were great. Thank you for the apology. Sometimes these things happen. ❤
