cushycandy @prudence66 hi- yes sorry I haven’t accepted yet. The orange carnival glass bowl arrived broken unfortunately - one of the handles snapped off in shipment and broke in 2 pieces. Was going to send back- but I think i can glue it with silicone perhaps so that it dries clear. Such a gorgeous piece and was crushed to see it broken in shipment.

prudence66 @cushycandy omg!!! I wrapped the heck out of it. I am so sorry!!! Its up to you. I dropped a piece of mine the other day and used super glue's tacky glue to fix it.vits like rubber cement

cushycandy @prudence66 hi just wanted to let you know that I am keeping the orange carnival glass and going to try to glue the handle. I emailed Poshmark support on Saturday to release your payment and have been checking on my end- but doesn’t show released yet. I got an email back from them they are reviewing my request so hopefully they will release payment to you in next day or two..

cushycandy @pisciana - Hi there. Sorry to hear you didn’t receive the adorable cat painting! I shipped next morning after receiving order and Poshmark system shows tracking and that it was delivered. I have opened an inquiry on your behalf which you’ll receive email copy of from Poshmark. A Poshmark representative will be in touch with you as well via email to assist you in locating your item. Maybe a neighbor accepted package on your behalf? I will follow the emails so that it is resolved!

They said since the cat painting shows delivered and you left feedback- you essentially accepted receipt of item by taking those steps. They said you would need to open up your own customer service inquiry for further concerns as the item was sent, tracked and delivered in the system. Please open inquiry on your end for further assistance. Thanks!

They closed out my inquiry as I am the seller not the buyer so they need to hear from you as it tracked that it was shipped and delivered correctly. Hopefully they can assist further! 😀
