tris1957 im so sorry, please compare, this is an OLD tiffany double side hearts, double 18kt gold balls, long retired and rare., im selling at what i paid, USED, yrs ago!...this is towards the end of a 31 yr pkus collection, when i was a travwling ER/ICU RN..ive always bought used, tiffany usedholds its value, new its like a car depreciates the moment u leave the store.
