feuine hey i sold you the nicole saldaña boots and when i shipped them the soles were not splitting i have no idea what you're talking about especially considering the few times i did wear them i used insoles. if the shoes were in poor condition id have noted that in the description but they were near new and most definitely NOT falling apart. im sorry youre unhappy with your purchase but i will not be refunding you bc the soles simply were not splitting
