mizzali Hello, I’m doing everything I can to help get this straightened out for you. I know how upsetting this can be & I know how special items for gifts are, & I know how hard people work for their spending cash. The person that has the Santa jar opened up a wrong item report as she needs her sweater. Posh usually sends both parties a new label with each other’s address & it gets straightened out instantly.
