kai_kloset I see you left me a rating of one star and commented that item wasn’t received. I see you have done this to other sellers as well. Are you aware that Poshmark handles the shipping. The labels are automatically generated through Poshmark and they update the tracking/delivery info. If you have a problem with delivery of your orders you need to contact Poshmark support instead of leaving bad ratings for sellers who work very hard to maintain their high ratings.

candi374 @kai_kloset, yes I have. One order was totally wrong size from what was supposed to be and the other I never received. The one I never received, I went back and changed rating after she got in contact with me and was helpful. I only gave you a low rating because for some reason I couldn’t report the problem till after I rated you? But you sending a not so nice message doesn’t help.

kai_kloset @candi374 why would you leave a poor rating for a seller who has no control over delivery of your item? Why would you not contact Poshmark first? I have never had a buyer leave such a review for something that is out of my control. Have you read the Poshmark etiquette page??

kai_kloset f your order has been marked as delivered but never arrived, please report this by following these steps: Step 1: Go to your Account Tab Step 2: Select My Purchases Step 3: Click on the item you purchased Step 4: Select Problems/Order Inquiry. Step 5: Select Order Not Delivered

candi374 @kai_kloset yes I have. Apparently you didn’t read what I said before? I couldn’t report the problem for some reason until I left you the review? You say you have no control to shipping, I get that but you do package the item and maybe it was packaged wrong? Why would I give you a great review if I didn’t get what I was promised? Then the way you are treating me now is almost harassing? I changed a rating to a lot better but the seller handled the situation a lot better than you at this moment.

kai_kloset @candi374 you say I didn’t read your response but apparently you aren’t reading mine, I’m trying to help you. You need to contact Poshmark support for items that are not received. They will refund your money for an item that you really didn’t receive. PLEASE contact support instead of sellers, we cannot help you once item says delivered.
