Hey, just wanna make sure you know how to open a case so you can get your refund! You have to go to your purchased items, select the shoes and then there will be some options, one is to Open A Case for an item. It has to be done on your end, I unfortunately can’t just refund the money automatically. Once you open a case I’ll get a notification and let them know to proceed with a refund!!

@methe008 hi again. If you go to “your purchases” and click on the clog purchase there should be an option right at the bottom of the screen to report a problem.
If you click on it you can open a case! Lmk if you need any more help!!
