kl020225 Hi There I’m the seller of the Wietzmam flats. I’m sorry but there were no damages to the shoes. I cleaned the shoes my self and didn’t see any missing pieces. The insert peeled off on one of them but that’s about it. Can you send me photos of what your calling damaged. I’m sorry I would not intentionally sell damaged items.
