Hi, I’m so sorry about the mix up on your order. The Pin Up Heels were supposed to be shipped to another buyer. So so sorry for the inconvenience! I contacted Posh and they should be in touch soon with instructions. Again I apologize for any inconvenience!!!

@kmarrsw... I can send it back to you, and you can send it on to the proper customer. OR ... I can send it along to her and you can give me a credit for however much the postage is that I can use next time I buy something from you. PM probably has a more legal and strict way of handing this type of issue. But my way you save money, and the package will get there quicker. So, what do you think? (I'm hoping you're as honest as I am!)

@new_candy I think what PM will do is send you a label where you can ship it directly to the other buyer. I have sent them a request and they should reach out soon to both of us with instructions. They probably do have a stricter policy lol. It’s just all such an inconvenience and for that I am so sorry. I am happy to give you a good discount on something else for your troubles. I do this as a full time business and I want my customers to be happy. 🥰

@kmarrsw ... Thanks for your kind words. The deed is done, left it at the PO a few minutes after noon. My way would have been faster, but I understand you wanted to stick to the rules. PM could have been a couple of days faster in sending me the label. I hope your customer is understanding. Anyway, the shoes are now on their way to their proper owner. All is well for now!
