mountainelk @adt0608 hi there! Thanks for welcoming me to Poshmark! If you don’t mind, I will take you up on your offer of help... I posted my first item for sale and got an email from someone saying they left me a message. When I click view the message, it takes me to poshmark, but I cannot find this message? I’m confused. Haha!

adt0608 @mountainelk okay. So there are two places someone can leave you a message. On an item which you can find on that Item and in your comments feed, or they can leave you a message on a bundle if they create a bundle, and it too will show up on your comments thread or under “my bundles” if you can’t find one in your comments thread from the aprox. Time they sent it, sometimes it’s an internet connectivity issue where all of your updates didn’t update.

adt0608 @mountainelk go ahead and ask the posher where she left the message. Just let her know that you can’t find it and ask her to comment again so you can answer her question. It doesn’t sound like you did something wrong doll
