spicy_blonde @cd282237 hello, I’m sorry to hear the Boy hat wasn’t as you expected! As described, it was like new and discoloration is due to storage than cleanliness. I can guarantee you that the hat is not dirty, the color (black) has some fading which is not noticeable, but if that bothers you please let me know and I will do my best to facilitate the return.

cd282237 @spicy_blonde it's fine, just noticing additional issues. The discoloration on the inside that was mentioned I actually didn't notice. Not bad enough for me to return. Appreciate the follow up!

djmelle I feel absolutely horrible that the candles didn’t arrive in perfect condition. They were perfect and I took extra care that they were wrapped properly with bubble wrap, extra bubble wrap and air pillows to ensure their safe delivery. It appears the USPS could have been more careful with their handling. Makes me angry!! Hope you are still able to enjoy them. Best regards!!

cd282237 @djmelle Thanks so much for your note. Yes, I saw all the great packaging so I really do think it was the carrier not being so careful, unfortunately. But nothing super serious that would keep me from using them as intended. They are gorgeous and I'm so glad you were willing to part with them. Take care!
