@cjmoy did u pay thru pal? You can file a dispute/case thru their website.. Tell them ur case so they will not release the money to the seller and refund ur money instead.

Hi Cara!
I went in late this morning so I could visit the post office and inquire as to the status of your parcel - the Postmaster wasn’t in the building (though I got her name and a direct contact phone number) but I gave the clerk all the info I had available and she promised me I would get a call back before the close of business today. As I do have multiple pieces, I’m debating re-sending your item if I don’t get a definitive answer today.
