yvettehatfield My customer that purchase the sneakers received your toms 17 minutes ago I was hoping that Poshmark could send her the shipping label so that she could directly ship them to you and perhaps you can ship the shoes directly to her I know it’s asking a lot but that save everybody from sending them to me and then me sending them back out I’m not sure what Poshmark is going to do they never even responded to my request.

yvettehatfield Hi, once again. i apologize. I filed another claim, i will let you know as soon as i hear from PM. I had a 3 step process to ensure this wouldn’t happen. I think i need some process improvements!🤦‍♀️ I’m waiting to hear from PM. Did they send you a label to return them to me?
