This is Romina Vasiliadis with the “Michelle ladybug 🐞 Garden watch’ just got a message from Poshmark headquarters that the watch is of course authentic but I totally forgot to check for battery. I am more then happy to provide you with the cost of the battery change as that is on my part. I apologize for that. But I want to ensure you 100% that the watch is in mint condition and it’s just the battery that needs changing. Please let me know!

mattgracie99 Hello Romina, I completely understand that the battery was an oversight. My fear is this: I had purchased another Michele watch through Poshmark about six months ago, and was told that the watch was running before I received it. When it was shipped to me, the watch was NOT running. I took it to a jeweler to have the watch battery replaced, and was told that the problem was not the battery, but some mechanical malfunction. I'm nervous about taking the watch without it working perfectly.

mattgracie99 So what I'd like to suggest is that Poshmark send the watch back to you to have the battery replaced, and make 100% sure that the watch is in mint condition. Once that is done, we can again make the sale. I'm very excited about this watch and can't wait to have it. I just don't want the same hassles I had with the seller of the previous Michele watch I tried to buy. Please let me know what you think of this plan. Thanks very much for reaching out.

magas62 @mattgracie99 I absolutely understand you and I would have done the same thing. It is my pleasure to receive it back and go change the battery to the jewelers and I will notify you as soon as done. You can purchase it again and it will go through Poshmark again so they will check it as far as working. I guarantee you 100% that it was just the battery. Thank you for answering me back. 😍
