eclectic_cali I’m still on the lookout for your tracking number. I don’t know if it has to do with the USPS delays or the current fires but the other packages that I sent out last week with yours arrived at their destinations. I’m so sorry this has never happened before 🙏🏽

crazyinsatiable I just realized my swimsuit purchase had been refunded. How can I pay you for it without reporting a problem? It's a lovely suit, I didn't expect to get it for free! The bottoms arrived promptly. That's all I was hoping for.

crazyinsatiable @cagg429 I contacted support. I definitely was not trying to get it for free. It was an honest mistake that was promptly corrected. You had to pay extra already to ship the bottoms separately. I paid nearly nothing for the suit in the first place! Hopefully they'll get it sorted soon. If there's a way to contact the seller without posting a public comment or starting a support ticket I haven't found it yet. Sorry about that!

meowme1200 @nylifeaccess hi! You bought my Marc Jacobs sunglasses. I was getting ready to pack them and noticed a very small scratch on the lens - it’s about half the size of an eyelash but wanted to let you know. You cannot visibly see it except when holding the frame up to a window. Please let me know if you still want them or you will pass this time. Thank you!
