carissaxlaray @c_silhouette that is so sweet, thank you so much! 😊I purchased the dress at a local boutique in Cleveland, OH. At the time it only had embellished spaghetti straps and it needed something more. So I purchased wedding belts from amazon and had a seamstress wrap them in tulle and sew them on as sleeves!

carissaxlaray @c_silhouette you’re very welcome! Hmm I’m thinking maybe around $50 if you’re just having them add sleeves. I remember I paid over a couple hundred dollars but that’s because I had other alterations like taking it in and shortening the length.
