gailrobin8 Hi, I never sold on Poshmark before. I was not aware if I bundle I have just one shipping label. There is no way I can send all that china for that shipping price. I am already loosing so much money on all this china to spend more on shipping. I now know how shipping works but did not before this morning when I printed 1 (5lb) shipping label. We can cancel this order. I am so sorry for being a novice on all this. I usually sell on Ebay. Thank you, Gail

french_blue @gailrobin8 I totally understand. I had the same thing happen to me when I first started selling. I was hoping it wouldn’t be too heavy for the regular label. Some dishes are very light. Please cancel the order.

french_blue @serendipity728 I must have printed the same label twice. That package never started tracking and I couldn’t figure out why? I will open a ticket with a posh and they will send you a free shipping label to send the package back to me. They will need a picture of what you received. I’m so sorry. I’ll have to try to track down your shirt so I can try to get it to you. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience.

french_blue If you go to My Purchases and tap on the order you should have received, it will take you to a menu with a problem with my order option. Tap on that and it will take you to the next menu with a wrong item received option. Once again, my deepest apologies for the mix up.
