kristinzaugg @rissa111222 I’ve requested that you be able to at least keep your package maybe let them know you’ve verified which one is yours and ask that you can keep that one. I get if someone completely receives the wrong package and nothing of what they ordered which usually isn’t found until they open anyway anyway. So they should let you keep an open your package.🙂 Do you know if they have a phone number I can call them?

kristinzaugg Carissa, I think I figured it out. The order number that should be attached to that package is what is on the correct label. This case is super unique so I’m going to try to get them to handle it differently. Because you do have your correct order yet you have an extra item packaged separately with your order. It’s not like I sent a wrong item to the buyer on her order number. She just hasn’t received it because I sent it to you. 😁😊

The seller has informed us they accidentally sent you the wrong item. At this time, we kindly ask you open a formal return case once you receive this item so we can either assist in getting you the correct item or process your return and refund.

kristinzaugg Carissa, I have tried to get a phone call or something to try to work this out and let you open YOUR package. I now wish I would have just let you received and opened them and then let you know the problem. I know we could have resolved this faster and you would have been enjoying your purchase. Please just keep and open the large package. ITS YOURS!! I’ll take the repercussion from Posh because this isn’t fair to either of us.
