wenwenc144 People like you should only shop NEW WITH TAGS... just saw the rating you gave me... Three stars for item cleanliness? They are used were u really expecting brand new... I put in the description SIGNS OF WEAR!!! WHAT DIS YOU THINK THAT MEANT? but now I get penalized for your bad rating when I didn't even ask for more pictures or even ask me any questions on the item... STICK TO BUYING NEW WITH TAGS Instead of buying used then having the nerve to give a bad rating!

libra0928 @wenwenc144 I am sorry you feel that way. The shoes were not clean on the foot pad. In spite of that I thought I was generous to give 3 stars and keep the shoes. Upon receipt, I rubbed them with a towel and some warm soapy water and they came clean. I purchased 5 other pairs of Coach shoes and 2 handbags. They were all clean.
