Hi and thanks for the offer, you'll love this coat! I can't go any lower as I will have to pay extra for the weight, and it's a solid jacket. Fully lined with faux fur all the way down the sleeves. Please ask if you have any other questions and happy Poshing.

Your customer service was excellent. Sorry about the 4 stars. I rated it that just because the faux fur was a bit dirty in spots and I am not sure the best way to clean it, especially on the sleeves. No need to send anything..I do love the coat other Than that.
