kayla020196 Hi Carla, the condition of the Alex and Anis was written in the description, they weren’t dirty and were washed with a gentle jewelry cleaner before being shipped. It saddens me that you think they were dirty because of their signs of “wear and tear” since they were well loved at one point. I take pride in packaging my items, including every item being washed before its shipped. I do this so I can maintain happy buyers. If there is anything I can do please let me know.

pinksea Hey am so sorry of the mistake !! The problem is I had alot of shoes and most were a size 8 I even took a picture of the back heels but never noticed I out an 8 !! If u do want I you can return it and I will denfinelty give u a refund am so sorry
