cjv1993 Thank you. In looking at the photos, it was not completely obvious to us. In the photo taken of the actual top (in front of wall hanging), the top appears to be even across. In the photo taken with the top laid on something white, the top is cut off at the shoulders and taken with it laid down. In the stock photo, the model is leaning, so still not clear to me. I do appreciate your response and good customer service!

freddielou64 I went ahead and submitted a report for the damage that was done to my Steve Madden lace up shoes all you had to do was say you didn't want them they didn't fit you didn't have to damage them and Because I know the kind of care and attention that I put into it each and every package that I send out

freddielou64 So I done my own little test just to say there's no way that big of gash could have come out of this you this had to been done with as very sharp object knife or something like that Sweetheart it's not about the money it's about the integrity

cjv1993 You are 100% wrong.You did not protect the shoes well.They were sent in an envelope with one piece of bubble wrap that had two bubbles (one bubble was not in tact).Also, there was a small amount of worn tissue paper enclosed.I LOVE that particular style and still want a black pair.I would have kept the pair I received from you if I had not received them damaged.I would never return anything unless it was portrayed wrong or damaged in transit.I am an honest person.I would never cause damage.

cjv1993 Postal carriers are unfortunately rough on things, and I really wanted your shoes. As mentioned, I LOVE that particular shoe and have them in a different color. I am a Christian, so I assure you that I did not cause the damage. I wish this had not happened.
