swimmer767 Hello @cjbrixey!!! I am so sorry for my delay in getting back to you. I've tried to reach someone in support since you posted about the mophie and haven't been able to resolve the issue. I'm so glad I found you and will issue you a refund. I'm so sorry about the product. It was barely used and I had no problems with it while I had it. I hope someone from support gets back to me this week to resolve this ASAP. So sorry again!!!
