bmjmatheson Hi Carla, It's Bonnie. I am so sorry about this. I feel terrible! I think, maybe, the wrong shipping label was put on your purchase (my husband was helping that day). I messaged the other person I shipped to that day as well. I am hoping she returns them & sends them back to me. I am just sick about it😢

bmjmatheson @kchicaz1124 The latest from Poshmark Customer Service via email is: They cannot refund at this point & they are contacting the person who ended up with your package. They will send her a shipping label with your name & address. She will ship to you. I do not have your $ in my account yet. Will keep you posted.

ringleader @kchicaz1124 there are filters at top on laptop or to side on phone. Sometimes you can just back out of the closet and come back in, too. By re touching a selection, you can turn it off
